Every situation is different. But by following the five stages below, we can make sure we carry out the right works to achieve the results you’re looking for.

We’ll complete a full site survey.

We’ll always start the process with a site survey. We can only understand your unique situation and advise you on the most suitable tested and certified fire stopping products for your building once we have visited your premises and identified the areas that need to be addressed.

We are partnered with Onetrace, and depending on the type of survey, we will use their application to record all observations and provide product recommendations as we assess the compartmentation of the premises.

We’ll submit our proposal.

Once we have gathered all the necessary information from our site visit, we will provide you with a detailed proposal that includes our scope of work, and a list of all tested and certified fire stopping products intended for use during the installation.

We’ll complete the works.

Once you have approved our proposal and submitted a purchase order, a dedicated supervisor will be assigned to your project. They will produce and issue comprehensive site-specific RAMS to ensure all technicians have clear guidance for working safely throughout the project.

Finally, our supervisor, and technicians will attend your site at the agreed time to carry out the fire stopping installations or repairs to the highest standard.

We’ll record all works.

It’s best practice to record all works for future reference, the ‘Golden Thread’. We will record each firestop installation with a unique reference using the Onetrace Fire Stopping App.

We’ll issue a comprehensive IOM pack.

Following the completion of the works, we will provide you with a comprehensive installation, operation and maintenance pack which will include:

• FIRAS Certificates

• Installation Reports

• Detail Drawings

• Installation Guides

• Safety Data Sheets
